Processing Your DMCA Notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:

1. Promptly remove or disable access to the reported content.

2. Notify the individual or entity responsible for the content about the claim and the action taken.

We aim to process DMCA notices within 10 business days of receipt.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that the content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice is not infringing, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.

3. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any U.S. judicial district where GFilters operates.

4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your counter-notification to [email protected]. Upon receipt, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.

Repeat Infringers

GFilters takes copyright protection seriously. Users who receive two or more valid DMCA notices within a six-month period will be deemed repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate their accounts and prohibit further access to our services.

Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal consequences. Please ensure all information provided is accurate, and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
